Jakob Scholz

Coming with a background in economics from the University of St. Gallen and experience in product management, Jakob is leading WTE's operations. After gaining experience in investment banking and advising companies on large, international transactions, Jakob transitioned into leadership roles in digital businesses. He has demonstrated his capabilities in conceptualising, building, and launching multiple app and web-based products in the FinTech sector, taking a hands-on approach in collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional results.

Fabian Scholz

Fabian comes with a legal background from Bucerius Law School and extensive experience in building digital companies. He founded a highly successful and award-winning IT recruitment agency in 2016, which was later exited to a private equity company in 2019. His entrepreneurial journey continued as he co-founded a FinTech company with Jakob, building a team of around 40 people across functions from around the world and serving 100,000 customers. He brings a proven track record of building businesses and serving prominent brands.
